Lionel Esteve’s work develops as successive autonomous projects, disconnected from one another. One of their only common aspects, claimed by the artist, is the “Low-Tech” quality of techniques and aterials used in their creation.
Lionel Esteve produces every one of his minimal propositions with patience : pebbles layered with delicate mesh, suspended pearl-based sculptures, fine translucent hand embroidered leaves.
