The title of the works presented here, Construção or Construction, clearly shows the major direction of his work. Using simple elements repeated throughout the various paintings, he creates a series of constructions within the space of the painting. His constructions are always different but at the same time similar to the picture of a strand of DNA, made up of basic elements of which the particular combination is unique to each individual.
