Personal data

During a visit to the website, Société Générale may collect your personal data, as controller, in order to organize the guided tours of the Art Collection (in particular: preparation of personal access badges giving access to the exhibition spaces),through notably form, contact page.
The personal data are processed by automated means, with your consent or if the processing is based at least one of the legal grounds following
1.  necessary for the performance of a contract,
2.  necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Société Générale,
3.  necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which Société Générale is subject,
4.  necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in Société Générale,
5.  necessary in order to protect your vital interests
6.  based on your consent
Moreover, if some information not mandatory for the purpose aforementioned are collected, they will be collected with your consent. This consent will be withdrawn at any time.

Your personal data are intended to the service provider in charge of organizing guided tours of the Art Collection, the service provider in charge of welcoming visitors from outside the Société Générale Group, the Société Générale Group Security Department, and only to the extent strictly necessary to fulfil their duties.

Unless otherwise stipulated by legal or regulatory provisions, the personal data are stored for a period of 15 days.

To the extent necessary for the fulfillments of the above purposes, Société Générale Corporate Foundation may communicate some information to its entities, service providers as well as to its partners that are not members of the European Economic Area. These transfers are processed in a manner and guarantees that ensures appropriate security and confidentiality of the personal data (authorisation by the competent data protection authority, contractual clauses signed between the service provider concerned and/or Binding Corporate Rule of Société Générale group).
